The Kevin Crozier Team provides clients with a high-level of real estate customer service, making their real estate experience above satisfactory. We foster a team working environment, supporting one another in our roles to successfully complete each task of a real estate deal. We are currently seeking to add a Closing Coordinator professional to our team that is self-driven, a strong communicator, and is highly organized.

Position Description:
The Closing Coordinator position with The Kevin Crozier Team will coordinate with Realtors, buyers, title companies, banks and lenders, and any other affiliated organizations, to ensure that every client’s real estate transaction file is prepared to successfully go from under contract to closing. This professional will manage each step of the real estate transaction process, including organizing paperwork, meeting deadlines, and coordinating communications with all of the parties involved in each transaction.


Work Schedule, Hours and Location:
Hours would include 35-40 hours of work weekly, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in our Wasilla office (start and finish times can be flexible).

Work related duties to include:

-Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing

-Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes with affiliated transaction vendors

-Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, bank and lender

-Input and manage client information, set up and organize new files

-Attend weekly meetings, prepare reports and give updates to realtors and staff

-Answer office phone, emails, and client texts

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 hourly + DOE

Candidate Requirements:
-Organized, efficient, detail-oriented with a READY TO LEARN attitude

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-He/she must be reliable, able to work independently, and willing to take initiative
-Experience working with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Email
-Excellent Customer Service skills
-Good follow through on assigned tasks
-Able to handle client concerns and resolve problems diplomatically
-Work well under pressure and deadlines

Previous experience in a real estate office and/or administrative duties is preferred.
